Li√ß√Ķes de Voo

Is it possible to speak the unspeakable and fulfil the unfulfillable? All these productions from the 31st Porto International Puppet Festival (FIMP) that now come to our stage share these challenges. Li√ß√Ķes de Voo [Flying Lessons] takes us to a wholesome fictional place, the Abu desert, dwelling-place of people who look like aeroplanes and aeroplanes that could be mistaken for people. This Teatro de Marionetas do Porto creation, staged by Isabel Barros, was made for all those older than three who once dreamed that their body had cast aside weight and gravity, and that they could fly as freely as a fallen leaf or a bird.
