Território IX

In this territory, there are no borders. The programme that was created to open new spaces of creative sharing between young dancers and established choreographers attains its ninth edition. Território , an initiative of Estúdios Victor Córdon, will feature this year Wayne McGregor, a British choreographer whose work combines contemporary dance with science and technology, and Liliana Barros, a Portuguese choreographer and dancer who creates pieces marked by a “strong visual component and an aesthetics characterised by meticulously detailed gestures”. Once again, at the end of the programme we will host the premiere of a show that includes the film which won the Território | Estúdios Victor Córdon prize for Best Portuguese Director at InShadow – Lisbon ScreenDance Festival 2025.
